Where Gorilla Mounting Putty Shines

If you are tired of using a bajillion push pins or staples to hang up posters in your classroom because they are inconvenient to remove.

Or if your classroom walls are drywall or cinderblock, where literally nothing sticks to your walls?

Or if you want to hang something on your teacher desk, or a cabinet door, but staples are not an option?

You need Gorilla Mounting Putty 🤩

This image shows a package of gorilla mounting putty.

It keeps your posters, classroom rules, and skip counting numbers on your walls WITHOUT falling off every other day.

It comes off your wall, leaving ZERO residue and is SO much easier than removing staples 🙌

And, one package goes a long way because you don’t need much for each of your posters.

Here’s how to use this magical supply!

How to Use Gorilla Mounting Putty in Your Classroom

This stuff is easy to use, which is great, because you are looking for a hack that not only is magical but actually saves you some time.

To use the Gorilla Mounting Putty, start by tearing off a small square. (Unless your poster is super giant, you probably only need one square per poster.)

This image shows what one square of the mounting putty looks like.

I know it doesn’t look like much, but trust me on this.

Next, split that small square into four different chunks. Place one bit of the putty on each corner of the poster you want to hang.

Again, you don’t need to overdo the amount of putty you’re putting on.

Then, place it on the wall and press down on the corners to make sure the putty gets pressed onto the wall.

Voila! You have hung a poster with ZERO holes, and you know you won’t damage a thing when you pull it off.

Oh, and my favorite part? You can easily move your poster around or recenter it if you were slightly off on your first try. 🙌
